How do I get my tickets?
After your booking has been completed online, you will receive an e-ticket by email. Please print out the e-ticket and bring it with you to the Rockefeller Center.
How does it work?
You have to show your e-ticket at the box office inside Rockefeller Center, where you exchange it for a ticket for the next available time slot.
You may also opt to exchange your tickets for a specific date and time, so you can come back, step into an elevator and skip the lines entirely.
Available times may be limited.
Where is the entrance to Rockefeller Center?
The entrance is located on 50th street between 5th and 6th avenues. The entrance is marked by a red carpet.
When can I visit Top of the Rock?
The Top of the Rock Observation Deck is open daily from 8 AM until midnight. The last lift goes up at 11 PM.
How long are my tickets valid?
Your tickets are valid for one month from the date you select online and therefore the date stated on the e-ticket you receive by e-mail.
Are there children's tickets available?
Yes, children's tickets are available for children between the age of 6 to 12. Children under the age of 6 go free when accompanied by a paying adult.
