The establishment we'll visit is family-owned and they take great pride in serving up the finest cured meats, local cheeses, wines and delicious sweets imaginable! It's a real treat for connoisseurs of Italian food and wine.
You will be served typical Roman wines from regions such as Frascati, Marino and Ariccia in the Castelli Romani, as well as many more from vineyards elsewhere in Italy with a selection of locally produced cured meats and cheeses.
There are over 400 types of Italian cheese, and you will become familiar with some of our favorites throughout the course of the evening.
The evening includes a carefully chosen snack selection of cheeses, meats, bread and a simple dessert. The owner of the place will advise you all along the way as regards to how the food and wine you'll taste is produced and prepared.
